MA Hindi is a prestigious programme of Kannur University. The programme has a strength of 25 seats as of now. The program focuses on Hindi language and literature, besides giving emphasis to Hindi computing and similar evolving new trends and developments in Hindi language. The course strikes a balance between creative and critical literature on the one hand and functional and communicative competence of Hindi language on the other side, the course aims at opening new windows to the study of Hindi language in the Malabar region of Kerala.
