Department of Hindi

Dr. P K Rajan Memorial Campus Nileswaram is a Rural Campus. Department of Hindi began in the year 2008, offering M A and PhD degree Programmes in Hindi Language and literature. During the period, above three hundred post-graduates were produced by the department. Semester pattern is followed in MA Hindi. Choice based credit and semester system was introduced in the year 2010 for the P G program. The Department undertook several national and international seminars .The sanctioned strength of PG program is 50. The department prides in having rich library around 15000 precious books and twenty one nationally reputed journals.
