Ezhuthu-Vayana :Navodhanavum Samskararoopeekaranavum

Dept.Of Malayam ,Kannur University Conducted a National Seminar on the topic Ezhutte - Vayana Renaissance and Cultural formation in the year 2017 January 13 & 14 at Mahakavi P Smaraka.The seminar is organized in connection with receiving books donated by Sri Perigamana Eswaran Embrathiri who is the owner of biggest collection of books in Kasragode district. Program is conducted by inviting all eminent writers in Kasragode.The Vice Chancellor of Kannur University Dr .K.M.Abdul Khadar inaugurated the seminar .Dr.V.V.Remeshan inaugurated the book exhibition which is organized in connection with the Seminar. P.Damodaran the Grampanchayat President was the Chief guest in the Program . Dr.V.P.P Mustafa,Adv.P.Santhosh kumar,Sri Raju M.C honored the following persons in the function - Perigamana Eswaran Namboothiri,the famous critic and executive member of Sahitya Academy Dr. E.P Rajagopalan and P.V.K.Panayal.Dr.Reeja .V mentioned the main contribution of the honored in her speech. Registrar of Kannur University Balachandra Keezhotte received the book collection. In this function Dr.A.M Sreedharan offered the welcome speech and vote of thanks by the eminent Poetess C.P.Subha.Kerala State Library Council Secretary Adv.P.Appukuttan,Dr.C.Balan and Dr.V.Jayarajan made honerly speech .At 12 pm paper presentation started subject was introduced by Dr.Soman Kadalur.The research scholars including Sineesh A.V , Nidheesh .K.P Santhosh Kumar and PG students participated in the seminar discussion.It was a good session showing the creativity in the field of Reading and Writing.In the last day session three Dr.M R.Mahesh presented s paper on the topic Renaissance Android Development of Gadya .Krishnadas,Thygarajan,Upendran Madikkai, Mrudul. V. M, K.V. Sudhakaran and Surab participated in this program. In session four the poet Divakaran Vishnumangalam presented the paper on the topic Poetry & Renaissance. C.M. Vinayachandran, Radha Krishanan Perumbala, Madhu Alappadambu, Padmanabhan Blathur participated in the discussion of this session. In the closing ceremony Vasu Cherode given the main talk and Jayan Mangad, Rajmohan Nileswar also participated in this session. The seminar finished with the message Reading and writing is the base stone of the Renaissance .
