Participation in Site Excavation

Date: 6th to 8th January 2017

The eleven students of the 3rd Semester –Safeeda.K, Neethu.M, Dhanusree.M, Nishitha, AmruthaT.K, Amrutha.V, Farsana, Shazia,Ramseena, Anjana K.P ,Jaseela.K and Dr.Manjula Poyil, Head of the department participated in Three-Day Workshop on Practical Archaeology held at Kinalur, Balussery,Kozhikode organized by the P.G Department of History Govt. Arts and Science College, Kozhikode, in collaboration with Department of Archaeology, Kerala sponsored by Directorate of Collegiate Education, Govt. of Kerala from 6th to 8th January 2017 .Dr.Selvakumar, the eminent archaeologist conducted excavation and got training in excavation techniques.
