DIKSHA 2016

Diksha is 2 day National seminar on “Social Inclusion of unorganised sector and need for pre-emptive policy initiatives” conducted on 31st May and 1St June 2016 in association with Kerala Labour Commissionerate. The seminar was inaugurated by Justice Basanth, Former Justice, High Court of Kerala. The seminar was enriched with the presence of scholar and experts to share their views on new modalities of unorganized sector in particular and management in general. It addressed the real problems of both employees and employers in unorganized sector. Its imperative to mention the irony that unorganized sector employs a sizeable number of workers.  The seminar became successful with the support extended by Kerala Labour Commissionerate.
