Hands-on Training on Web Designing Tools

Information Technology Education Centre, Thalassery Campus, Palayad has conducted a two day extension activity, “Hands-on Training on Web Designing Tools” on 02nd and 3rd March 2019. The activity was aimed to provide web designing basics and web usage tips to school students of this village. The beneficiaries of this workshop were the students of Govt. Higher Secondary School, Palayad who were members of Little Kites IT Club at the schools.

On the first day, the first session was about World Wide Web, HTML, CSS and second session was about computer hardware with demo. Both session was handled by Sri Vyshak T, Associate Software Engineer, Cloud Ecosystem, Mattannur. Next session was about web designing software – wordpress and the session was handled by Sri Sreejesh M K, Kreato Software Solution, Bangalore. On the second day, first session was about Wiki Malayalam which was handled by Smt. Saranya A(Assistant Professor on contract, ITEC Palayad) and the second session, familiarizing google services like google map, google drive etc was handled by Smt. Baby CJ (Assistant Professor on contract, ITEC Palayad).
